The Stop and Do technique is the quickest way of achieving the gratitude effect. It can be done in 5-10 seconds and is incredibly effective One of the issues in our lives is the crazy, hectic, nonstop, multitasking lifestyle that most of us live. The thought of adding one more thing to our daily chores is simply overwhelming. I found that what I call the “Stop and Do” technique is an effective and quick way to practice gratitude. The technique can be done in 5 to 15 seconds. First, stop everything you're doing.Close your eyes if possibleTake a deep slow breath in Find something to be grateful for. It can be anything but preferably something to do with the current situation. The most important key is to stop everything you. You will be absolutely amazed as to how effective this technique can be, especially when you realize that to be done in less than 15 seconds. If you are in a situation such as driving, where you cannot close your eyes you can simply take a deep breath in and find something to be grateful for. This can be done in 5 or 6 seconds.
